SUPERHERO SATURDAY !!!

First there was "Fear Factor Friday"

     Then came "Survivor Saturday"

          We went on to "The Last Samurai"

               Then we went "Down on the Farm"

                    Last year we had the great "Water Wars"

 

And then we came back...

Our 6th annual DED weekend!!!

We held it Saturday September 22, 2007

We had a day of fun, adventure and rain.

John 15:13

It was a great day of fun, fellowship and rain. 

We had team competitions & encouragement.

Romans 15:5 

5 Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus,

 

 

Of course we tested your agility, ability & stamina.  We have seen how far you are willing to go.

AS TRUE SUPERHEROES DID YOU GO BEYOND WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING?  DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR SIDE???

 

2 Corinthians 8:11

11 But now finish doing it also, so that just as there was the readiness to desire it, so there may be also the completion of it by your ability.

 

We had 4 teams competiting.

 

We had the "Wonder Women," "The Bat Team," "Teen Titans" & our graduuates formed "The Justice League."  There was no solid winner until the final game (Yes it was that close) But our seniors, "The Justice League" won it all.

 

Our own Vickie Poole also won the "Megan Fox Award," congrats Vicki !!
